1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Muse ("the App", "we", "us", "our").

Muse is an independent fragrance discovery, editorial, and creative platform owned and operated by WABLOO PARTNERS SRL, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Romania.

By downloading, accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Muse, our website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Muse.

These Terms apply to all users of the App and website.

2. Description of the Service

Muse is an independent fragrance discovery, editorial, and creative platform that may include:

  • Editorial feed and catalog exploration;

  • Perfume discovery and recommendation tools;

  • AI Concierge and related recommendation experiences;

  • Visual perfume recognition features;

  • Community-generated image galleries;

  • AI-generated artistic interpretations inspired by fragrances;

  • Profiles, social interactions, and community features;

  • Collections, bookmarks, wardrobe tracking, and personalization;

  • User-generated content;

  • Premium subscriptions and paid services.

Features may be modified, suspended, improved, replaced, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you are under the minimum age required in your country, you may not use Muse.

By using Muse, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • All activities occurring under your account;

  • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date;

  • Maintaining the security of your devices and credentials.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security, operational, or legal risks.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Muse for unlawful purposes;

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or deceive others;

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights;

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the App;

  • Circumvent subscriptions, paywalls, or access restrictions;

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;

  • Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data-mining tools without our prior written permission;

  • Copy, reproduce, extract, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from Muse without authorization;

  • Use Muse or its content to create competing databases, services, recommendation systems, machine learning datasets, or artificial intelligence training datasets.

We may suspend, restrict, remove content from, or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Catalog and Content

Muse provides:

  • Factual perfume information and metadata;

  • Original editorial descriptions and summaries;

  • Community-generated content;

  • AI-generated imagery and artistic interpretations;

  • User-uploaded photographs and media.

The App is intended for informational, educational, editorial, entertainment, and personal use.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, bottle designs, trade dress, and brand names displayed within Muse remain the property of their respective owners.

Muse is an independent fragrance discovery, editorial, and creative platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially associated with any fragrance manufacturer, brand owner, or trademark holder unless explicitly stated.

Community-generated content may depict recognizable characteristics associated with perfumes, including names, bottles, packaging, colors, shapes, and artistic interpretations. Such depictions do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation by any rights holder.

7. User-Generated Content

You may upload photographs, comments, reviews, collections, profile information, AI-generated images, prompts, tags, and other content.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or possess all necessary rights and permissions to upload it;

  • Your content does not violate any applicable law;

  • Your content does not intentionally infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;

  • Your content does not violate privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

You remain solely responsible for content that you submit.

By submitting content to Muse, you grant WABLOO PARTNERS SRL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Host;

  • Store;

  • Reproduce;

  • Display;

  • Publish;

  • Distribute;

  • Format;

  • Create previews and thumbnails;

  • Feature and promote content within Muse and related services.

This license exists solely for the operation, promotion, improvement, and provision of Muse and its services.

You retain ownership of your original content.

Muse reserves the right to remove, disable, replace, restrict, or otherwise limit access to any content at its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for third-party trademarks and user-generated content owned by their creators, all rights, title, and interest in and to Muse, including but not limited to:

  • Software and source code;

  • Design and layout;

  • User interfaces;

  • Databases and compilations;

  • Original editorial content;

  • Descriptions and summaries;

  • Metadata structures and taxonomies;

  • Rankings and recommendation systems;

  • Algorithms and methodologies;

  • AI generation systems and prompts;

  • Community curation systems;

  • Search systems;

  • Branding and logos;

  • Graphics, text, and media;

  • Features and functionality;

  • Website content and related services;

are owned by WABLOO PARTNERS SRL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the App.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Muse solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Database and Anti-Scraping Protection

The compilation, organization, arrangement, curation, presentation, and taxonomy of content within Muse constitute proprietary intellectual property and valuable business assets owned by WABLOO PARTNERS SRL.

You may not:

  • Scrape or systematically extract data from Muse;

  • Download substantial portions of the database;

  • Republish content from Muse;

  • Mirror or reproduce the service;

  • Use automated methods to collect content;

  • Extract prompts, metadata, taxonomies, or recommendation methodologies;

  • Create derivative databases;

  • Create competing services using Muse content;

  • Use Muse data to train artificial intelligence, machine learning, recommendation, search, or generative systems without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Muse content may result in suspension, termination, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

10. AI Features

AI Concierge, visual recognition, image generation, recommendations, and related services may generate suggestions, interpretations, and content that are incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, or imperfect.

AI-generated responses and images are provided for informational, editorial, educational, and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for decisions, purchases, actions, and reliance placed upon content generated through the App.

11. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed by:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by the policies of the applicable platform.

We may verify subscription status and entitlements through our servers and service providers.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

Muse respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe that any content available through Muse infringes your copyright, trademark, design rights, trade dress rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, please contact:

Muse operates a notice-and-takedown process and may investigate, disable access to, restrict, or remove allegedly infringing material where appropriate.

Please also refer to our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Muse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WABLOO PARTNERS SRL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability;

  • Fitness for a particular purpose;

  • Non-infringement;

  • Availability;

  • Accuracy;

  • Reliability;

  • Security;

  • Compatibility.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously available operation of the App.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WABLOO PARTNERS SRL, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages;

  • Incidental damages;

  • Special damages;

  • Consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of data;

  • Loss of goodwill;

  • Business interruption;

  • Content loss;

  • Decisions made based upon recommendations or community content.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount paid by you to Muse during the twelve months preceding the claim; or

  • EUR 50 if you have paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using Muse at any time and may delete your account through the App settings.

We may suspend, restrict, remove content from, or terminate access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • We are required to do so by law;

  • We reasonably believe your use presents legal, security, reputational, or operational risks;

  • We need to protect users, rights holders, or the integrity of the platform.

Termination does not limit our rights or remedies under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by providing notice within the App or website.

Continued use of Muse following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
